M\u00edstn\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdbor Velk\u00e1 Chuchle tehdy nahradil m\u00edstn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad (dnes \u00fa\u0159ad m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti) zastupuj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vu a m\u00edstn\u00ed zastupitelstvo m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti (dnes zastupitelstvo m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti) p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed samospr\u00e1vu, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159ili nov\u011b zvolen\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9 v prvn\u00edch svobodn\u00fdch komun\u00e1ln\u00edch volb\u00e1ch po sametov\u00e9 revoluci (23. &#8211; 24. 11. 1990). Na prvn\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed zvolen\u00e9ho zastupitelstva byl tak\u00e9 zvolen prvn\u00ed novodob\u00fd starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha &#8211; Velk\u00e1 Chuchle Ing. arch. Ji\u0159\u00ed Prek (za Ob\u010dansk\u00e9 f\u00f3rum).
